NICU STAFF EDUCATION
We believe that supporting NICU parents
is equally important to providing medical care to their baby - and that strengthening the parent-baby bond and family functioning in the NICU is the “next big frontier” in improving infant outcomes.

So we collaborated with the NICU Parent Network to create our NICU Staff Education courses. Informed by members of NNNP, these online education courses will take the care your NICU staff gives to babies and families to the next level.

TOOLS FOR THE PANDEMIC
Our Coping with COVID-19 program will provide frontline maternity, NICU, and newborn providers with essential skills to support patients, families, and staff during this unprecedented time of heightened stresses.
Learn directly from the patients and families we serve. Their stories teach us how we can better support them and improve their satisfaction with their care.
